THE PROCESS
SUBMISSION
Athletic Department provides all advertisements, speciality announcements, athletic calendar of events, and rosters for all sports.
ANNOUNCER SELECTION
Athletic Department selects PA Announcer from the Mic'd Up Network line up of announcers. Once announcer is selected, the announcer will begin recording rosters and announcements for game day.
RECORDING
Your Mic'd Up announcer will record student-athletes names and all necessary game day announcements for each anticipated event. The Athletic Department has up to 48 hours prior to game time to make any necessary changes or add announcements. Mic'd Up will take on the task of reaching out to opponent schools to obtain their game day roster.
DELIVERY
Professionally recorded game announcements are uploaded into the Mic'd Up program for review no later than 24 hours prior to game day.
GAMEDAY
Athletic Department provides a high- quality professional audio experience to the student body, student-athlete and community, regardless of level, gender, or popularity of athletic event.
